Job Description

Position Summary: Assist with the ongoing maintenance of OCLS’s software, ResWare Reports to: Product Owner, OCLS Essential Duties: -Provide helpdesk support to business operations utilizing ResWare -Create and implement integrations with third party companies -Verify, administer, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while maintaining communication channels -Work with the business to leverage the production system for business needs -Provide support for production reporting -Analyze and test the effects of software upgrades on system functionality prior to implementation to mitigate issues - Communicate system changes with management - Create and maintain documentation for new processes and workflows - Work with end users to identify issues/concerns related to functionality and effectively communicate with IT group to develop solutions - Build and create document templates using conditional fields and custom fields, as necessary -Manage settlement fee groups, client fees, user access rights, and overall system maintenance -Develop and maintain technical relationships with cross-functional IT teams -Assist with balancing files prior to disbursement


    Skills and Expertise

      Requirements: -1 to 3 years administration and configuration experience with ResWare software -1 to 3 years experience in both Title and Escrow industry, including Settlement -Ability to make decisions that have significant impact on the department’s credibility, operations, and services -Strong collaborator and solver of complex problems by being able to research and present alternative solutions -Project Management skills utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to interact with and be the advisor of solutions to senior management and company leadership -Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills -Demonstrated experience in cross-team collaboration -Experience with administrating title and escrow software Education: Required: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Experience: One to three years of related experience required. Additional education may be substituted for years of work experience. Salary: This is subject to change based on education and experience level. This position would be an exempt position, not eligible for overtime. COVID-19 considerations: All candidates must be comfortable coming into the office for an in person interview, training process, and overall job functions. Work from home opportunities might arise once the training period is over based on the position. OCLS provides masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves on site.
