Job Description

Position Summary: Assist with duties/responsibilities within the curative process Essential Duties: - Monitor and manage multiple high volume email inboxes, quickly determining best course of action for each email - Take action on a certain emails to effect solution. - Ability to recognize urgency of items in inbox to determine escalation paths - Work with manager to resolve any escalated issues - Assist Manager, as requested - Manage to assigned daily metric provided by the Manager - Focus on quality, and reduce errors to less than 5% of work produced - Arrive at work on or before your scheduled start time


    Skills and Expertise

      Skills & Abilities: - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Outlook, Excel and Word. - Familiar with title services and mortgage industry a plus - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. - Management experience a plus - Strong Organizational Skills - Multitasker - Exchanges non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate requiring good oral and written communication skills. Authority: N/A Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED Preferred: One year college or equivalent work experience Certification: No Requirements Experience: One year of related experience preferred. Additional education may be substituted for years of work experience. Salary: This is subject to change based on education and experience level. Schedule: -8 hour shift (Preferred EST: 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. or 11:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. or 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.) -Monday to Friday -Overtime required at times COVID-19 considerations: All candidates must be comfortable coming into the office for an in person interview, training process and over all job functions. This is a position that once properly trained may be done from home or in our office. We provide masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves on site. Masks are required to be worn at the office and social distancing is practiced. We are adhering to CDC, State and local orders with regard to COVID-19.
