Job Description

- Open Mail Daily - Check packages into system - Scan completed loan packages into internal system - Send completed loan packages via email to client and/or upload to portal links - Prepare documents in set stacking order by state, client, transaction type, etc. Other Duties: Create/deliver training materials specific to state specific forms etc


    Skills and Expertise

      - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word. - 1+ years’ related experience required - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. - Time management a plus - Strong organizational skills - Keen attention to detail required Decision Making: -On a regular and continuous basis, exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences and results having an impact on people, costs and/or quality of service within the functional area. Authority: -May oversee or coordinate the work of others. Communication: -Exchanges non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate requiring good oral and written communication skills. Education: -Required: High School Diploma or GED -Preferred: Two years college or equivalent work experience Experience: -One year of related experience required.
