Job Description

Scheduling Support Specialist - Receives and reviews scheduling request from our client and/or closer - Works with selected attorney, field agent, or national notary network to schedule as requested by client and/or closer - Reports confirmation of appointment to client and closer, to include requested date, time and location, along with assigned signing agent’s name, phone number, and email address - Confirms closing appointment is complete as scheduled - notifies client and closer the file is closed - notifies assigned closer if the file did not close and why so the closer can update the client - confirms notary fee - sets up notary bill to be paid - assist accounting with unpaid notary invoices Other Responsibilities: - Assist Manager, as requested - Manage to assigned daily metric provided by the Manager - Focus on quality, and reduce errors to less than 5% of work produced - Arrive at work on or before your scheduled start time


    Skills and Expertise

      Skills & Abilities: - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word - 1-5 years experience with real estate titles, deed preparation and closings - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness - Time management a plus - Strong organizational skills Decision Making: -On a regular and continuous basis, exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences and results having an impact on people, costs and/or quality of service within the functional area Authority: -N/A Communication: -Exchanges non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate requiring good oral and written communication skills Education: -Required: High School Diploma or GED -Preferred: One years college or equivalent work experience Experience: -One year of related experience required. Additional education may be substituted for years of work experience.
